Students and Young Adults
We offer loads of opportunities for students and young adults to journey deeper – to explore, discover, make friends, celebrate, and make a difference in the local community together.

Deep Waters
Deep Waters is a Young Adults' group offering a whole programme of faith formation and opportunities for mission: to explore, discover, make friends, reflect, celebrate, get involved in the life of the Church, and make a difference in the local community together.
Deep Waters meets 6:45pm on Wednesday evenings (after the 6pm St Joseph's Mass) in the basement of 6 Wellington road, the presbytery next to St Joseph's church. There's a shared meal, prayer and a social with drinks. We also get together for Sunday lunch (after the 11am Mass) in the same place.
Once a month we're joined by Benedictine monks of Worth Abbey for a walk in the local area. To find out when this is happening, follow the group on facebook: www.facebook.com/groups/deepwatersbrighton or join our whatapp group by texting Claire on 07960 029 320.
Retreats
Throughout the year, The Wellspring Community organises a programme of retreats for Young Adults at Worth Abbey, the most prominent being over the Easter Triduum. For more information see www.facebook.com/WellspringBrighton

Events
We participate in lots of events and trips throughout the year. Loads of us head to Big Church Day Out, and we take a group to the Taize Community in France each summer. We get involved in the Brighton Celebrate Conference, and Encounter youth evenings around the Diocese. And we have plenty of socials: beach trips, walks, parties, BBQs and more. There’s loads happening, so get involved!
